You’ll need a transfer code (also known as an auth code or EPP code) from your current provider in order to complete the transfer.
When it’s time to renew your domain name, you’ll receive a reminder by email well in advance. Please note that you’ll also need one of our hosting packages to be able to use the domain name for a WordPress or WooCommerce website. If, instead, you wish to use an external service such as Wix or Squarespace, you can purchase our add-on services: DNS hosting or email hosting. This will give you access to our control panel, but with more limited access compared to a standard hosting package.
