For VAT-registered companies outside Finland, no VAT is charged (within the EU) if a valid VAT registration number is entered at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

When you sign up for automatic delivery, a primary user account is created. If you’d like to add more accounts for your colleagues based on your selected plan, simply contact our support team after placing your order, and we’ll set them up for you at no cost.

1. Select a package
Find the storage plan that best suits your company’s current needs in our pricing matrix above. Whether you choose Starter, Prime, or Ultimate, simply click the order button to proceed. You can, of course, upgrade your storage space later if your business grows.
2. Create your account
Enter your contact information to register your customer account and complete the payment securely through our partner, Stripe. As soon as your order is approved, the service will be activated in the background, and an order confirmation will be sent to your email. You are now ready to retrieve your data and launch your business cloud.
3. Log in
For security reasons, we never send your login credentials via email. Instead, you can securely log in to our customer portal to retrieve your unique access credentials for Nextcloud. Then download the Nextcloud app to your computer or phone, log in, and start storing and sharing your files securely.

If you choose one of our three standard packages (Starter, Prime, or Ultimate), the service will run under a dedicated, secure address in our environment. However, if you’d like to use your own custom business address (for example, cloud.yourcompany.fi), we’ll of course set that up for you through our custom solution for multiple accounts.
If your business is growing and you need more storage space, you can upgrade your plan at any time directly through our customer portal. The switch to a larger plan happens seamlessly in the background without interrupting your ongoing syncs or shared links, and all your data remains intact as usual.
Yes, absolutely. You can easily create public sharing links for both individual files and entire folders to send to clients or partners. For maximum security, you can also password-protect the links, set an expiration date after which the link automatically stops working, or configure the settings so that the recipient can only upload files to you without seeing what’s already in the folder.
