Terms of Purchase

General
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from our web shop. Hosting Finland (FI35504698) is a web hosting company in Finland. Through our web shop, you as a customer can purchase web hosting, domain names, and other IT-related services.

Prices
Prices
Before you create an account, prices are displayed without VAT. After you create an account, prices are displayed with Finnish VAT at 25.5%. Companies within the EU can deduct VAT at checkout by entering their VAT number.

Account
To make a purchase through our web shop, you must create an account. Without an account, you cannot make a purchase. Email verification is required to complete payment.

Payment
Payment for our services is made via Stripe, which is a payment provider. Via Stripe, you can choose to pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Mobile Pay, PayPal, or Klarna.

At checkout, you can choose which currency you want to pay with. You can choose between EUR, SEK, NOK, DKK, and USD. Please note that the base price is always in EUR, regardless of which currency you choose to pay with.

Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This applies from the moment the order has been placed. Please note that this does not apply to domain names, as these cannot be withdrawn for technical reasons once they have been registered.

Limitation of liability
We strive to ensure that our services are as accessible as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be available. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to technical problems or similar issues. The customer is always responsible for the content published and shared on our web hosting service.

The domain name user is responsible for ensuring that the registered domains comply with the rules and conditions applicable to the selected top-level domains. Hosting Finland is not responsible for domain names that do not meet these requirements. In extreme cases, we may deregister domain names that violate these rules.

Other
We reserve the right to close accounts that abuse our services or violate Finnish law. In the event of non-payment, we have the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the services ordered. If, despite repeated reminders, we do not receive payment, we have the right to permanently close your account.
